A horrible, ancient tome; its moldering pages embraced by decrepit flesh bound with sinew. From a rend in the decaying strap, a small, maggot-like clasp secures the maddening blankness of the multitudinous pages in the cover's loathsome caress.
Mmmyes. That was fun to write.
A Necronomicon-esque book that I made quite some time back and kind of forgot about. It's about 5 x 6.5 inches and a little more than one inch thick (200 pages if I remember correctly...maybe 180 at the least). The cover was made with cardstock, paper and glue, and
several human sacrifices many many coats of acrylic drybrushing. Binding is a synthetic sinew and the clasp is a piece of wood I carved to look like a stylized maggot.
